TREATMENTS
Somatic signature
60 or 90 mins
Ideal for: stress relief, general tension, improving circulation and deep relaxation.
This signature full-body massage uses flowing, rhythmic techniques with medium pressure to ease muscular tension, improve circulation and encourage healthy lymphatic flow, helping the body feel lighter, calmer and more connected.
Each area is treated with intention to support relaxation and regulate the nervous system. Expect long, grounding strokes, gentle muscle work and intuitive touch that invites the body to switch off and settle into its natural rhythm.
Deep
Release
60 or 90 mins
Ideal for: chronic muscle knots and tension, active bodies, recovery and deeper therapeutic work.
A full-body treatment using deeper, firmer pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. Designed for bodies carrying persistent tension, physical workload or intense training, this massage applies sustained pressure to areas of restriction while maintaining a sense of flow throughout the session.
Powerful without being rushed, this is an invitation to let go of tension the body has been carrying for longer than it needs to.
Upper
focus
60 or 90 mins
Ideal for: neck and shoulder tension, headaches, postural strain and upper back tightness.
A full-body massage with dedicated attention to the back, neck and shoulders—the places where modern life most often leaves its imprint. Extra time is spent working through the upper body, relieving muscular tension, improving posture and creating space across the chest, shoulders and spine.
Perfect for desk workers, creatives, commuters and anyone carrying the pace of everyday life in their upper body.
lower
focus
60 or 90 mins
Ideal for: lower back tension, tight hips, glutes, hamstrings and calves, mobility and movement recovery.
A full-body massage with dedicated attention to the lower back, glutes, hips, hamstrings and calves. This treatment combines therapeutic massage with dynamic assisted stretches to improve mobility, grounding and supporting recovery, easing stiffness and helping the pelvis and spine move with greater freedom.
Perfect for runners, cyclists, gym-goers or anyone feeling restricted through the hips and legs.

ABOUT
I’m Andrew (he/they) — a massage therapist and body worker based in East London.
My practice is about creating a space where people can feel safe, relaxed, and at home in themselves. As a queer practitioner, I care deeply about making bodywork feel welcoming and inclusive — somewhere you can show up exactly as you are.
Every session is different. I meet you where you’re at, listening to what your body needs and working with you towards release, reconnection, and transformation.
For me, bodywork isn’t about perfection or ‘fixing’, just creating space to slow down, feel good, and reconnect with yourself.
Before moving into bodywork, I spent years training and working with somatic movement and release based techniques — from London to New York, Berlin, and Brussels — eventually completing my MA in Contemporary Dance at London Contemporary Dance School.
After graduating, I retrained as a massage therapist in 2023 at the London School of Massage. I’m fully insured, ITEC Ofqual VTCT qualified, and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
